Our Brewcakes do not start their journey in our Redlands Bakery. They start in some of the best local breweries as some of the best craft beers you will ever taste are being hand crafted by local experts. It is as this stage that we are able to see the characteristics of these great brews come to life. The aromas inspire us to create initial recipes specific to the brew, and finally back at our Redlands Bakery once all ingredients are ready we are able to create the decadent treat that has been affectionately known as the Brewcake.

Come out this Sunday and hang with the Brewcakes Crew at the Redlands Fire Department's Car Show!! We will be serving up sliders and desserts!!
it is going to be another warm day in Redlands!!! Come try one of our ice blended drinks with your lunch!! Have you tried our chicken sausage slider? House made chicken sausage patties with a Belgian ale spicy garlic aioli and roasted red peppers...served up panini style...

Thursday is the Redlands Market Night... We will be in our spot across from the BofA Serving up sliders and desserts all night!
Friday we will be at the Victoria Gardens Farmers market from 10a-2p and Friday night starting at 5pm we will be at Ritual Brewing Co. serving up sliders and desserts specially paired up with their beers!!
